Superfood green smoothie

Spring has finally sprung which means warmer weather, which also means cold beverages such as smoothies! This clean, green yoghurt smoothie is the perfect way to start your morning.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale leaves, washed and removes from stems

  • ½ medium banana

  • ¼ cup of Village Greek Yoghurt

  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes

  • 1 cup cold water

  • ½ cup ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 – 3 minutes until smooth. Add water as needed for desired thickness. Serve cold
