Spring has finally sprung which means warmer weather, which also means cold beverages such as smoothies! This clean, green yoghurt smoothie is the perfect way to start your morning.
Ingredients
1 cup kale leaves, washed and removes from stems
½ medium banana
¼ cup of Village Greek Yoghurt
1 cup frozen mango cubes
1 cup cold water
½ cup ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 – 3 minutes until smooth. Add water as needed for desired thickness. Serve cold
