With Halloween just around the corner, you're sure to 'treat' the kids with our latest honey yoghurt cupcakes recipe!
Ingredients
2/3 cup Village Dairy Honey Greek yoghurt
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Extra honey (for good measure)
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
In a medium-sized mixing bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add butter and mix until fully combined.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract and extra honey as you please until smooth.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and beat until just combined.
Slowly add milk and mix until combined
Fill cupcake liners
Bake for 15 minutes and then test to see if they are done.
