INGREDIENTS:
2 cups basmati rice
1 cup Village Dairy Paneer Cheese (cut into cubes)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger (minced)
1/2 cup green and red bell pepper (cut into strips)
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1/4 cup spring onion (chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1/4 cup carrot (chopped)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD:
Cook two cups of basmati rice and leave aside.
In a pan, heat the oil on medium-high heat and sauté the ginger, garlic and green chilli for about a minute.
Add in the onion and spring onion and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Then add in the bell pepper and carrot and sauté for about 3 minutes until soft and cooked.
Mix in the soy sauce and chilli sauce.
Toss in Village Dairy Paneer Cheese cubes and let it cook for a minute.
Mix in the cooked rice, salt and pepper to taste, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy this delicious paneer fried rice with your family and friends!
