INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
1 cup granola
METHOD:
In a small bowl, mix in the Village Dairy Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt, honey and vanilla essence.
Cover a baking pan in aluminium foil and spread the yoghurt mixture into the pan.
Lay the strawberry slices on top of the yoghurt mixture and sprinkle granola.
Freeze for about an hour or until frozen, cut into slices and serve immediately! Tip: You can keep the frozen yoghurt bark in an airtight container for up to a month.
